Firm / Operating model

A founder-led team, not a firm with a phone tree.

Senka Advisory is founder-led. Dylan leads the work directly, and specialist support can be brought in for a project when the brief genuinely needs it.

Why this exists.

I kept seeing companies struggle with the same two things: reaching younger customers directly, and getting honest feedback back from them. Senka started from a simple idea — build focused student cohorts around a real product question, then turn what happens into evidence a team can use.

Who you're working with.

A named lead from first conversation through handover — with specialist support only when the project calls for it.

Dylan scopes every brief and stays on the call where you decide what to do about the findings — the same person from the first conversation to the handover. When a project needs a specialist — someone to build a prototype, design a dashboard, run a data pipeline — we bring them in for that piece and tell you who they are before they touch your project.

How a project gets staffed.

The team is built around the question, not assembled from whoever is free.

Scope

A short call to establish the question, the deadline, and what a useful answer would look like to you.

Assemble

The team is built around your question. If a specialist is needed for one piece, they are named to you before scoping closes — never a surprise line item.

Check in

A standing update with what was found, what changed, and what is needed from you before the next one.

Hand over

Findings, raw material, and any tooling built, in formats your team can open without us in the room.

What we are careful about.

A young firm that hides its limits is just an expensive one waiting to happen.

Your information

A confidentiality agreement is signed before anything sensitive changes hands. Project material sits in access-controlled storage and is deleted or returned when the engagement closes, if you ask.

Tester consent

Every tester is told what is being collected and why, agrees in writing, and can withdraw. Identifiable data is never reported to a client without that person's permission.

Work we turn down

If a brief needs a regulated specialist, a legal opinion, or a clinical claim, we say so and point you elsewhere rather than improvising around the gap. See good fit / not a fit on the services page.

Academic calendars

Work is planned around exam periods and flagged during scoping, so a deadline is never quietly missed because midterms arrived.

Send a short brief. We reply within 1 day with a scope, a timeline, and a price, or an honest note that we are not the right fit.
